I obtained my Bachelor of Music from University of Michigan and my Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. Combining my passion for the creative arts with psychology, I believe in the healing power of creative and verbal expression. I have seen the strength of accessing inner healing and creativity in my work with diverse populations.
Throughout my clinical experiences, I have worked in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings. My primary area of expertise is working with women who struggle with low self worth, feeling disempowered in their lives, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and sexuality.
I was trained using a person-centered approach and integrate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and mind-body modalities. My eclectic approach allows me to be present with the individual needs of each client as they move through the places of fear and pain towards personal empowerment and authentic expression.
