My goal as a therapist is to help women get clear about what they need physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so they have more time, energy, and confidence to create fulfilling lives. Using a strength-based approach, I integrate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and mind-body modalities to help you identify and work with the barriers that prevent you from having the life and transformative relationships you want.
By creating a safe and nurturing space, I will guide you towards:
- Identifying what gives you joy, energy, fulfillment, and inner peace
- Identifying, feeling, and expressing emotions effectively
- Developing self-compassion to quiet the inner critic and feel more empowered
- Increasing authentic connections by finding your voice, communicating your needs, and setting boundaries when needed
